What we collect when you visit cadbeater.com or send us an enquiry, why, and the choices you have.

Who we are
CADBEATER provides AI software for aluminium and uPVC fabrication, with offices in Ajman, United Arab Emirates and Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala, India. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the CADBEATER team behind cadbeater.com.
This policy covers this website and the enquiries you send us. If you become a customer, the data you work with inside the CADBEATER platform, such as your pricing, drawings and material libraries, is covered by your agreement with us rather than by this page.
What we collect
Details you give us
- Enquiry form: your name, company, segment, market and mobile number, and your work email if you choose to add it.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: whatever you choose to share when you contact us.
How you reached us
When you submit the enquiry form we attach the campaign tags from the link you clicked (source, medium, campaign, content and term), the Meta click ID if you came from a Facebook or Instagram ad, the website you came from, the first page you landed on and the page you submitted from. This helps us see which channel an enquiry came from.
Usage data
Google Analytics tells us which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are (city and country, worked out from the IP address), the device and browser used, and which contact links and forms are used. The Meta Pixel records page views, clicks on our WhatsApp, phone and email links, and enquiry form submissions. We do not send names, phone numbers or email addresses to Google Analytics or Meta.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a conversation and send you what you asked for.
- To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up and not ask you the same questions twice.
- To understand how the website is used and to improve it.
- To measure how our advertising on Facebook and Instagram performs, and to show our ads to people more likely to be interested.
- To protect the site from spam and misuse, for example with a hidden form field that catches bots.
- To meet legal obligations.
We ask for your consent before analytics and advertising cookies are set. We handle enquiries because you asked us to get in touch, or with your consent where the law requires it. We aim to handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where they apply.
Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit, a notice asks for your choice. Until you choose Accept, the Meta Pixel does not load at all, and Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode that sets no cookies and sends only basic technical information such as the page and your browser type. If you choose No thanks, that stays the case. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

Google and Meta set and change the names and lifetimes of their own cookies. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Who we share it with
- Google: we use Google Sheets, Gmail and Apps Script to store and send enquiry details, and Google Analytics for usage data.
- Meta Platforms: WhatsApp, when you message us there; and the Meta Pixel and our Facebook and Instagram ads, if you accept cookies.
- Cloudflare: hosts and delivers this website, so it handles technical request data such as your IP address and browser.
- Advisers and authorities, where we are required to by law.
We do not sell your personal data. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies as well as our instructions.
Where data is processed
Our team works from the UAE and India, and the providers above run servers in other countries. When you use the site or send an enquiry, your data may be processed outside your own country.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can follow up. Ask us and we will delete or anonymise them. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Items stored in your browser expire as shown in the table above.
Your choices and rights
- Withdraw your cookie consent at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
- Ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to stop contacting you or to stop using your data for advertising.
Email sales@cadbeater.com with the name and mobile number you used and we will respond. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across websites with Google’s browser add-on, and manage how Meta uses data for ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you may contact the data protection authority where you live.
Security
We keep enquiry details in access-controlled Google accounts used by our team. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects your cookie choices, we will ask again.
